Join Amy Jessica, for an empowering and transformative Chakradance experience. A deeply healing, soul-nourishing practice that combines spontaneous free movement, chakra-resonant music, and guided meditation to support you to reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit.
Through movement you will release emotional blocks, move stuck energy, let go of what no longer serves you and reclaim who you were always meant to be.
This workshop offers a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your inner world.
Amy will guide you on a journey with:
- Meditation and inner visualization.
- Movement, music and rhythm to awaken and balance your energy.
- Mandala art, creating sacred art to integrate your experience.
No dance or meditation experience is necessary.
All that is needed is YOU with an open heart and a willingness to move!
