Chakradance is a healing movement modality that allows you to explore and balance your body's seven energy centers, or chakras. No dance experience is needed as we move freely through guided meditation, and the music resonates with each chakra.
Exploring each chakra will help us to balance our energy, release any blockages and connect with our inner power. Through movement, music, art and introspection, we will tap into each chakra's potential, allowing us to fully express and embrace all aspects of ourselves.
The Freedom Series is an immersive experience designed to help you let go of limiting beliefs and patterns, allowing you to live your life in alignment with your true self. Each week, we will dive deep into a specific chakra, starting with the base chakra and working through the seven main energy centers.
Our journey together will begin on Thursday, April 3rd, at 7 PM and continue every Thursday for nine weeks. You can expect a safe and supportive environment where you can freely explore your emotions and release any blockages holding you back.
