As we'll lift up into the throat chakra frequencies, you will most likely notice a shift in energy. The lower chakras connect to the physical element, we're now moving out of the physical plane and into the non-physical realm of ether. It may be a little less tangible, but the effects are deeply powerful.Throat chakra is the energy centre of self-expression, specifically that of truth of your spirit as you journey through this life.
We go within, to find our authentic self so that we can find easier ways to sing the song of our soul out to the world - strengthening our relationship with vibration & resonance. When we find this resonance, we'll also feel a sense of harmony & rhythm.
Truthful and meaningful communication is key to freeing your throat chakra, which is also the gateway to our creative expression. So come and find ways to surrender to the music, to being to move/dance from the inside out, to become more attuned to our creative nature, to unlock your true voice.
What to Expect
Movement can be subtle but creates flow, and we move/ dance with our eyes closed/ gaze lowered. No one is watching.. you aer your own witness. We find our own rhythm to gentle unravel what is held inside. Witness, Breathe, Surrender ..
Chakra resonant music guides the warmup, movement, meditations, archetypal exploration and mandala art to anchor your unique experience.
This is not your average 'relaxation' movement mind-body class - this is so much more and I lovingly hold safe space for you to explore - be prepared for some energetic mind-body insights to create meaningful shifts. ✨️ we will have some time for reflection and refreshments too.
No previous experience or knowledge of the chakra system is necessary and loose comfortable clothes are recommended.
