Chakradance is a beneficial free form of movement, designed to realign your chakras (energy centres) to bring them back into balance, to allow for the free flow of life force energy.This month, in the last quarter of 2025, we are focusing on the Heart Chakra - to reflect on where we are at present & to lead us into the energies of love, kindness & compassion; towards ourselves and others.

The heart chakra is the home to your relationships. Located at the centre of the chest, this chakra balances the energies of our lower and upper chakras. We can gently open up and start releasing old relationship wounds or attachments, which may be hurting our Heart (the Sanskrit Name for Heart Chakra is 'Anahata' which means 'unhurt) . Through the rhythm of breath, you'll feel lifted up into movement - becoming free, open & light as you expand your heart qualities.

If you're in or not too far from Retford, come and join us for our Heart Chakra Special "Open to Profound Love & Peace" , as we explore this energy centre through movement, meditation, art and the healing sound frequencies of the heart chakra.
This is a 2 hour class and includes some light refreshments after the experience. Also includes a small gift bag & heart-chakra handout.
