An introduction to the energy centers in the body and how that can be utilized for improved physical and mental wellness.Yoga is a union of our bodies and minds. The chakras are energetic wheels in the body. At certain times in our lives, they may spin too slow, or too fast. For our optimal wellness, we can practice our yoga (postures, breath work, and meditations) in a way to keep our energy flowing.
This workshop will be a mixture of lecture, self-reflection, and practice. Please being a notebook.
