My name is Flavia and I am a 550 hours qualified yoga teacher. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. I am also certified in Mat Pilates.
Teaching yoga is my passion and I have taught in the UK and in Italy for many years. I now teach in Denmark.
This event will be a cozy afternoon filled with physical practice (suitable for all levels), philosophy talk, breathwork, meditation, aromatic incense, Q&A, and a space to connect and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee ☕
Just don't forget to bring your own yoga mat!
