Chakra Yoga is a flowing meditation in motion. Chakras are visualized as energy centers within your body that represent physical systems of the body, as well as aspects of your mental and spiritual life. In this practice we move through asanas, affirmations, intentions and visualizations related to each of the 7 chakras. Each flow will open and energize the corresponding part of your body and encourage you to reflect on that aspect of your life.
Chakra Yoga is brought to you by Laura Lockton of ReKinection. She is an experienced aerial-fire-dance performer & teacher, RYT200 yoga teacher, certified AIReal yoga teacher and conscious event producer, Laura Lockton’s lifelong journey exploring the connection between mind body and spirit began as a young dancer and gymnast. After studying many spiritualities, healing methods and body movement modalities, Laura now focuses on yoga, aerial & flow arts, energy healing and event planning.
