Hello lovely people! Elaine is excited to share a special joyous and relaxed event! It is a collaboration with Lynnette Penrice ultra experienced Yoga teacher and @The Emerald Forest, Clare, who is playing a Sound Journey linked, in turn, to each of the main 7 Chakras, as us Yogis lead our yoga chakra practice and freeing dance/movements to release tensions, detox and re-energise. By the end, we will have had fun freeing up stuck energy, felt the vibration of the sound journey and enjoyed a relaxing few minutes assimilating it all in taking rest! Just the dab for a reset pre Christmas mayhem!!
