This immersive journey blends guided meditation, intentional breathwork, and sound healing to support balance and harmony within the seven chakras. Through conscious breathing, grounding meditation, and the vibrational frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, you’ll be supported in releasing energetic blocks and restoring natural flow throughout the body and mind.

Doors open at 5:40 PM and will close promptly at 6:00 PM. Late entry will not be permitted in order to honor the integrity of the meditation and sound healing experience.
