Join us for a deeply rejuvenating experience—a Chakra Tune-Up Sound Bath designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit.
Guided by the luminous energies of the full moon, this sacred gathering will take you on a journey through the seven energy centers of the body, known as the chakras. Each chakra holds unique qualities and vibrations, influencing different aspects of your being. Through the power of sound, we will activate, cleanse, and align these energy centers, allowing for a profound sense of balance and renewal.
As you lay comfortably, enveloped in a cocoon of soothing sounds, the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments will wash over you, penetrating deep into your being. The frequencies emitted will resonate with each chakra, gently dissolving blockages and restoring the natural energy flow within.
Under the full moon's luminous gaze, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation and meditation. Allow yourself to surrender to the experience, releasing tension, stress, and any stagnant energy held within. With each resonating tone, feel yourself being lifted into a state of higher consciousness, where healing and transformation are limitless.

**This class is taught lying down, I encourage you to bring any comfy props (pillows & blankets) that will enhance your meditation experience.
**The studio opens at 5:40 pm. Please arrive a few minutes early to set up and get settled into your space in the studio. The class starts promptly at 6 pm.
