Chakra Tea Party
Join Our Chakra Tea Party!
Take a little time for yourself and join us for a relaxing afternoon all about balance, good energy, and good tea. We’ll chat about the seven main chakras—what they are, how they show up in our lives, and simple ways to keep them in harmony.
As we go through each chakra, we’ll sip delicious teas that match the energy of each one, from grounding earthy blends to bright, uplifting brews. Between tastings, there will be gentle meditations, journaling, and reflection—nothing too serious, just space to unwind, learn, and connect.
There will be a short sound bath to support your crown chakra at the end.
Come comfy, bring your favorite blanket and yoga mat, and an open heart. In addition, please bring your fuzzy socks or whatever you will be comfortable in. Shoes will need to be removed upon entering. Enjoy some mindful moments with great company.
