Chakra Talk - Solar Plexus

There are so many different ways to activate a chakra, through food, smell, crystals, stretches, meditations and sound. Just like every person is unique so is the way to activate your energy centers. This talk is to help you begin to find out what works for you. We'll be working on the Solar Plexus Chakra and learn how it affects us physically, emotionally and spiritually, while sipping tea specific for the Solar Plexus Chakra. Then we'll jump into different modalities to activate the chakra, then move into a few simple exercises and end the evening with a few meditations and a Solar Plexus Chakra specific sound bath.

Please wear comfy clothes that you can stretch in. I do use incense and essential oils. If you are sensitive to incense or aromatherapy please let me know before coming to class.
