This is a space to listen - not just with your ears, but with your body, your breath, and your subtle
self. In this guided, participatory experience, you'll explore the energy within your chakras
through shared sound, gentle awareness, and embodied presence.
Participants will work hands-on with a set of seven hand-hammered singing bowls.
As we pass them in a circle, each person will feel the vibrations from the varying bowls and how they interact with every Chakra.
We'll journey together sensing where energy feels open, stagnant, or
calling for harmony - and use breath, sound, and intuitive connection to support balance, release,
and renewal.
