The Spring season is here! As energetic beings, it’s a perfect time to focus on your energetic wellness! Are you feeling unbalanced? Jeannine Batterson and Mary Ablao will take you on an informative and exciting journey through the chakra centers. They will infuse earthly and spiritual knowledge to improve your awareness and understanding of these energy centers. During this series you will; experience sound and energetic clearings, learn ways to detect energetic imbalances within your body’s chakra system, and practice practical ways to restore them to a balanced state. These practices will help lead you to your optimum vibrant well-being. Classes are scheduled for Tuesday, March 18t and 25th from 6-8.
In this 2 week course you will learn:
1. The names, locations, and basic information about each
chakra.
2. Corresponding organs and body systems related to the
chakras.
3. Healthy and blocked symptoms related to each chakra.
4. Detecting unbalanced chakras with muscle testing.
5. Releasing and clearing chakra blocks with corresponding
sound frequencies from crystal bowls and energetic work.
6. Essential oils related to each chakra.
7. Gemstones related to each chakra (available for purchase).

About your facilitators: Jeannine Batterson & Mary Ablao
Jeannine Batterson is a caretaker of humanity and mother earth. Her mission is to share her wisdom and empower people to grow and heal. With heartfelt intentions, Jeannine brings love, light, healing and peace where called while working closely with spirit for the highest good of all. As a retired elementary teacher, her love for learning and helping others led her on the path to Reiki energy healing and Shamanism. With over 30 years of teaching experience, Jeannine holds certifications both as a Contemporary Shaman Practitioner & and a Usui Reiki Master Teacher.
Mary Ablao of Studio Retreat in St Johns is an Artist, a Registered Art Therapist and Certified Reiki Master and Sound Healing Practitioner. As a lifelong artist and teacher, Mary's creative spirit allows her to truly connect heart to heart with the groups she leads. After decades of art immersion, Mary followed her creative calling to incorporate sound frequencies into her service offerings. Spirit flows through her beautiful soundscapes to align mind and body.
