During this chakra yoga series, we will focus on aligning and balancing the body’s energy centers through poses, breathwork, and meditation. Each session will be enhanced by the appropriate Solfeggio frequency assigned to that chakra of the week. This series will not only teach you about each energy center, but it will also equip you with tools to heal yourself. For this series, we will focus on the seven major chakras, each associated with different qualities, colors, elements, and parts of the body.
❤️Root Chakra (Muladhara): At the base of the spine, associated with security and grounding.
🧡Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): In the lower abdomen, associated with creativity and sexuality.
💛Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): In the upper abdomen, associated with personal power and confidence.
💚Heart Chakra (Anahata) 8/30: In the center of the chest, associated with love, compassion, and emotional balance.
💙Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) 9/6: In the throat, associated with communication and self-expression.
💜Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) 9/20: Between the eyebrows, associated with intuition and insight.
🩷Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) 9/27: At the top of the head, associated with spirituality and connection to the divine.
