Guided by experienced instructor Carrie, children will explore the fascinating world of chakras - the energy centers within our bodies according to ancient wisdom. Through interactive activities, games, and creative exercises, participants will discover the power of their energy and learn techniques for balance and harmony.
Dive into the foundational chakras – Root, Sacral, and Heart – and uncover the secrets of grounding, creativity, and love.
Explore the upper chakras – Throat, Third Eye, and Crown – and unlock the realms of communication, intuition, and spirituality.
Embark on a complete exploration of all seven chakras, from Root to Crown, to experience the holistic harmony of mind, body, and spirit.
Workshop Details:

- Sessions can be attended individually or as a full series.
