You’ll be gently led into a relaxed hypnotic state, where your subconscious mind becomes open and receptive to positive change. While you’re immersed in this state of deep calm, Reiki energy flows through each chakra, clearing blockages, restoring balance, and activating your natural energy flow.
This is more than relaxation, it’s a full mind-body-spirit reset. Together, Reiki and Hypnotherapy work in harmony to help you release stagnant energy, align with your highest self, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and fully recharged.
