Part 1 introduces the overall chakra system, its significance, structure, and the role of each chakra in physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. We will explore the first three chakras—Muladhara, Svadhisthana, and Manipura—exploring their significance, associated qualities, and how their imbalance impacts us in our everyday life. You will learn how they show up in our upbringing, patterns of behaviors, thoughts and the beliefs we make about ourselves and the world around us. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the first three chakras and practical tools to incorporate into their yoga practice for emotional and physical balance.
