Relax, revive, and rejuvenate in this guided meditative and healing workshop set in the peaceful woodlands of Porthkerry Park.
Discover new levels of peace within, as you allow yourself to be led through processes of cleansing, grounding, and protecting the energies, before working with the seven major chakras for improving energy flow, and bringing balance within.
Practices to experience within the session will include the following:

🍃Connection to the energy flow within.
🍃Exercises to open the 7 major chakras.
🍃Alignment of the 7 major chakras
🍃Connection with the healing energies of the natural world through working with the heart chakra
🍃Opening the third eye to deepen perception and link into our more intuitive faculties.
🍃Tapping into the unlimited healing found within the spiritual realms.
Whatever your lifestyle, our physical and mental systems can often become overwhelmed by the stresses of everyday living. If left unchecked, these stresses can lead to energy blockages, which in turn can lead to mental and physical unwellness. Becoming consciously aware of how energy plays a part in maintaining optimum levels of health, we have the ability to transform not only the world within but in turn, the world around us.
The free flowing energies of the natural world help to facilitate healing processes, and clear out any potentially harmful energy or toxins we may have accumulated within us.

We will meet at the café at 10am.
There will be a 30 minute break for lunch, and while there is a café and facilities on site, you may wish to bring your own refreshments.
It is recommended to bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on for the healing practices.
Appropriate footwear is advised.
The majority of the session will be taking place under the cover of trees.
Cost of the course is £38. Concessions are available.
