Join Essential Yoga Studio as we welcome back Jen Maupin for a transformative series of seven workshops designed to align and harmonize our energy centers, known as chakras. Each scheduled Monday, we will delve into a different chakra, exploring its unique qualities and how they influence our wellbeing. What to expect in each workshop:
- Guided meditation: connect with the energy of each chakra through gentle guided meditation.
- Sound immersion: experience the healing vibrations of a variety of sound healing instruments and soundscapes.
- Guided journaling: reflect on your personal journey and gain insights through thought-provoking journaling prompts.
Participants may join ANY time, any workshop and do NOT have to attend the entire series. Here's what to expect for each one!

10/7: Creativity & Passion through our Sacral Chakra
10/21: Confidence & Personal Power through our Solar Plexus Chakra
11/4: Love & Compassion through our Heart Chakra
11/18: Authentic Expression through our Throat Chakra
12/2: Intuition & Inner Wisdom through our Third Eye Chakra
12/16: Connection to the Divine through our Crown Chakra
No prior experience with chakra work is necessary or required. All are welcome!
Hot tea, water, and yoga mats & materials are provided or you may bring your own; journals and pens also provided or you may bring your own!
Pricing is as follows:
- $33 per workshop
- $84 for any three workshops
- $185 for the full series of seven workshops when purchased altogether in advance
