Balancing our chakras might be the answer! These energy centers impact everything from our mood to our health. Chakras are the key to our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
If you’re new to the whole chakra thing, don’t worry – it’s all about self-discovery and understanding yourself better.
Come join us for this 2-hour workshop, where you'll embark on an exciting journey of self-discovery.
Together, we'll explore how all the chakras work together to bring awareness and promote the flow of healthy energy, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and radiant.
WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE
We'll start with an introduction to what chakras are and how they influence our daily lives. Then, we'll flow through a series of gentle hatha yoga poses specifically designed to activate and balance each chakra.
To wrap up our journey, we'll settle into a blissful gong meditation. The soothing vibrations of the gong will wash over us, helping to realign our energy centers and leave us feeling refreshed and revitalised.
