3:30pm - 3:45pm: Break (Tea/Coffee & treats included)
3:45pm - 4:45pm: Integrating Chakras and EFT
4:45pm-5:15pm : Chakra meditation
5:15pm - 5:30pm: Closing & Goodbyes
