We begin by awakening the body through gentle, expressive movements that unlock tension and open the pathways where emotional energy often gets stuck. As your physical body softens, your subconscious becomes more receptive. Each chakra is explored through guided inner awareness, symbolic imagery, and sensations that allow old patterns to surface and dissolve.
The session gradually transitions into restorative stillness, where realignment happens at the subconscious level. You leave feeling balanced, centered, lighter, and more connected to your authentic self.
