Every Friday morning 09:00 - 10:15Join me for chakra flow yoga, a vinyasa style class which focuses each week on a different chakra (energy centre) in the body.
Through mindful movement and body awareness we flow through various asanas to bring harmony to body and mind and practice the union of yoga. To the sweet backdrop of natural symphonies, come decompress and relax the body at the beautiful House of The Rising Mojo in Santo Isidoro, near Ericeira centre.
