Welcome to Chakra Exploration with Meditation and Yoga Flow at The Dallas! This 8 week series will cover one chakra per class and the last class will integrate all 7 chakras. Join us for an evening of relaxation and self-discovery. Dive deep into your chakras through guided meditation and yoga flow, led by Amberly Deibel. She is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and energy healer who practices Polarity Therapy, Reiki, and Foot Reflexology.
