Dance with complete freedom to music specially selected to resonate with the vibrations of each of the body’s 7 major chakra energy centres.
You will be invited by Ruth to dance your own unique dance, embodying the music to open and rebalance all your chakras.
This week focusing on our crown chakra, ‘Sahasrara’.
The Chakra Dancing experience is fun, revitalising, rebalancing and deeply relaxing.

Parking behind the hall in Horsecliffe Lane.
Please wear layers of loose clothing that you can move freely in, and bring water, Yoga mat, cushion and blanket for the sound bath / meditation (Ruth has some spares) .
