Through a combination of easy to do Kundalini Yoga exercises, easy enough to even do in a chair, take a little journey through the chakras along the spine as we activate them, and Bridget teaches about what the energy of each of these centers represents in our lives and wellbeing.
After the yogic activation, we will dance!
With Bridget’s curated playlist of songs to help us move through each chakra from root to crown, evoking the feeling of each energy center, we get to move and express it in the way that each of us individually feels called to dance in that moment.
