Something personal I’ve been sitting with and excited to finally share… 🙌🏻
Before stepping fully into the work of energy & life transformation… I spent 20 years in the world of performing dance arts, and instruction dance. That part of me is still alive in my body, and I’ve been feeling a pull to weave it back into my facilitation.
This 15 November I’m leading my signature “Chakra Activation through Dance” 💃💥 a blend of movement, that guides you through a journey through your body, ending with a relaxing soundbath. We connect with our different chakra’s to awaken all different parts of ourselves, to feel fully alive and let go of any lingering stuckness.
Expect Fun, Laughter, Feminine Vibes, Connection & Transformation ✨ and a sprinkle of Magic 🪄
I’ve always believed healing doesn’t look the same for everyone… but community + movement have a way of creating miracles in all of us.
