This dance is not a structured dance, but with movement that comes from within.
A guided movement/journey where we will feel the music in our inner world then express it to our outer world �
Stagnant energy gets stuck throughout your body like Guilt, Shame, Sadness, not speaking your truth so the energy of telling lies, illusion, attachment, rejection, abandonment, humiliation, injustice, judgment, betrayal, if we haven't dealt with these wounds they get stuck withing our energy centres.
The aim of this class is to help you work through your core issues so that when you leave you will have a sense and feeling of...Connection, comprehension, gratitude, safety, security, belonging, pleasure, desire, creative inspiration, optimisim, forgiveness, compassion, tolerance, love, imagination, faith, clear thoughts, understanding, feeling grounded, wisdom & stability.
