Join us for a 75-minute session in a salt cave designed to help participants reset, restore, and realign energetic and emotional stagnation from the seven major energy centers of the body.

What to Expect:
The session will begin with a brief overview of each chakra, including their quality and how they influence your well-being.
From there, you will be led through a guided meditation focused on clearing blockages and balancing each chakra, spending approximately 7 minutes on each chakra. Throughout the session, participants will receive both individual and group Reiki healing, amplifying the energetic reset.
