During this 7-week course, you will explore the 7 major chakras, including the crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and root chakras. Each week, we will deep dive into one chakra and then explore it further. By the end of this course, you will have a clear understanding of each chakra and how it relates to your daily life and health.
