An interactive workshop that explains what chakras are and why they are important to our emotional and spiritual growth. In this class participants will:
-learn which chakras hold the energy for different life conditions
-identify which chakras have an abundance of energy or a deficit of energy and how that shows up in your life
-how to heal your chakra imbalances and live in a life of authentic contentment through your understanding of your own chakra system
