Have you heard about chakras; been told you need to work on certain ones but are still not sure what it is all about? Chakras are the main energy centers everyone has that keep the energy flowing to keep you balanced spiritually, emotionally, and physically. When these get either blocked or unbalanced, they can affect you on many different levels on a day-to-day basis. In this class I will talk about the 7 main chakras and give an overview of what their purpose is for mind, body and spirit. I will cover some tips and tools for helping to keep them balanced via crystals, colors, sound and more! This is an interactive class so feel free to bring questions!
