Welcome to chakra-themed vinyasa flow at Hillside Community Hall! We practice sun and moon salutations and powerful asanas (postures).

Thursdays 6 – 7pm

25 June – 1st chakra – root

2 July – 2nd chakra – sacral

9 July – 3rd chakra – solar plexus

16 July – 4th chakra – heart

23 July – 5th chakra – throat

30 July – 6th chakra – brow (third eye)

6 August – 7th chakra – crown

The hall is located at 76 Hillside Rd, Bath BA2 3NX. There is a small free car park at the venue and you can also park on the road for free.
