Give yourself the time to rest, reflect, and write in community. Katie Bean will guide you through the chakras or energy centers in the body from root to crown with a few gentle postures, a mantra, and a journaling prompt for each chakra. We'll end with an insight meditation with visualization before the final prompt and a handout will be shared so you can continue to write to heal even after the workshop ends. We'll provide the bolsters, blocks, blankets and a small journal. You are welcome to bring your own journal if you prefer.Investment: $45
