This chakra balancing workshop will include some basic education on the 7 chakras, restorative yoga poses, mudra and meditation, essential oils (optional) and crystals to open, awaken and balance the chakras. Angela Lexow (RYT 500) will lead this workshop. She is a level 2 Reiki practioner and some Reiki will be included. This class is appropriate for all levels. Participants will be on the floor and props will be available. $30 per person - sign up on our app!
