The Chakra balancing workshop combines salt, sound, yoga, and crafts in a 2 hour experience at the Austin Salt CaveDuring this workshop participants will participate in a Meditative Sound Bath and Chakra Yoga Class led by our experienced class practicioners. After time for reflection, journaling, and in house blended holisitic tea, we will create our own Chakra balancing Aromatherapy Bath Soak using Austin Salt Cave's all natural, organic ingredients.
