This deeply restorative sound healing experience uses the resonant tones of perfect pitch Tibetan singing bowls to align each of the body’s seven energy centers, or chakras, to restore balance and harmony. These sacred instruments create a cocoon of sound penetrating deep within, helping to release blockages, clear stagnant energy, and promote the free flow of vital life force. This powerful healing technique supports physical, emotional, & spiritual well-being.

There are seven major chakras that extend along the spine from the base up to the crown of the head. Each chakra is associated with specific physical, emotional, and spiritual functions.

These main chakras are root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown.

1. Root Chakra (Muladhara) : Located at the base of the spine, the Root Chakra is the foundational energy center in the human chakra system. The Root acts as a vital anchor for our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The root chakra is our sense of security, stability, and connection to the earth, crucial in nurturing our feelings of groundedness and self-assurance.
2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) : Located in the lower abdomen - near genitals - the Sacral Chakra is our source of our emotional well-being. The Sacral Chakra relates to our creativity, pleasure and sensuality.
3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) : Located in the upper abdomen - near the naval - the Solar Plexus Chakra is our source of personal power, self-esteem, confidence and motivation.
4. Heart Chakra (Anahata) : Located central to the chest area, the Heart Chakra is our source of love, compassion, forgiveness, connection and emotional balance. It bridges the gaps between the lower and upper chakras.
5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) : Located in the throat, the Throat Chakra relates to communication, self-expression, and truth.
6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) : Located between the eyebrows, the Third Eye Chakra is considered the center of intuition, inner wisdom and insight, as well as spiritual awareness.
7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) : Situated at the top of the head, this chakra is our source of spiritual connection, enlightenment, higher consciousness, and unity with the universe.

The perfect pitch Tibetan singing bowls used are hand, hammered in Nepal using sacred metals such as copper and tin, and other metals, to enhance the vibration quality. This limited small group session (maxing out at five participants) will allow each person to receive personalized alignment for each main chakra. Additionally, the group unites with a shared intention to balance their energy centers, creating a powerful communal healing field.

The last portion of the session, participants fall into an angelic mediation with crystal singing bowls, further balancing each chakra.
