About this Event
The Experience
Prepare to connect deeper to your subconscious mind though healing vibrations of Tibetan sound bowls. You will be guided through a meditation to help ground and/or set an intention for the session. Then melt into a comfortable position and allow the sound waves to wash over you. Each bowl emits a frequency attuned to its dedicated chakra, beginning from the root and working up to the crown and then back down to ground ending the session.

Hello I am Fraylee! Sound therapy has a special place in my heart. I fist discovered sound healing when I was unpacking trauma and trying to re-connect with myself. Ever since my first experience with sound healing I have fallen in love with the healing vibrations. I began sharing this passion for others in costa rica with my fellow colleagues during my masters degree program. This is when I discovered that I could do this for anyone!
