About this Event
Come gather at MorningStar Herbals and Holistic Healing to be guided through a meditation to help balance your chakras. Anyone is welcome, whether you've been meditating for years or have just thought about it and have no idea what a chakra is. To begin we will check in and release the stress from the outside world. I will speak about one way to connect with our chakras and give space to answer any questions. I will then lead you through a guided meditation to help balance your chakras. Afterwards there will be time to reflect or ask any questions that may have come up through the practice. During meditation you may lay down or sit on the floor, sit on a chair or on a couch. Dress comfortably.
Please note, that doors will be locked right before the meditation begins, no entry will be allowed once the door is locked.
