Hello Beautiful Families!
We are introducing an 8 week course on Chakra Balancing for kids ages 7-12! 🙏🏻
✨What is the class about?✨
We will be providing a safe and fun environment for your kids to learn about themselves and give them balancing tools and techniques that they can carry with them for the rest of their lives!
We will go through each Chakra to learn how to harness the energy
❤️- Root is all about foundation making them feel safe and secure
🧡- Sacral is all about creativity and how they express themselves through play, art ,music
💛- Solar Plexus is all about their confidence and giving them the strength to try new things
💚- Heart is how they feel and express love towards others
🩵- Throat is how they use their voice so that their thoughts can be heard and understood clearly
💙- Third Eye is their imagination center where they dream beyond what they see in front of them
💜- Crown is a connection center where they feel the world around them
The last class of the series we will end with going through all that they learned so they can be proud of these new skills! ☀️☀️☀️
