Chakra is a Sanskrit word that translates to "wheel," and each of us has energetic, spinning wheels of energy in our body that can affect our emotional and physical well-being.
This workshop will gently open, align, and balance the energy in each of your seven chakras using gentle movement, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra.
Yoga Nidra, aka yogic sleep, is a deeply meditative practice that brings the practitioner to a state of relaxed consciousness between waking and sleeping. It allows one to drop down from the thinking mind into the feeling body. Yoga Nidra has many proven benefits, including
