Chakra Balancing & Sound Healing with Haruka

Journey with Haruka to balance Chakra (energy centres) with the vibration of singing bowls that correspond to our chakra frequency.

By the end of the session, our energetic body is being harmonised and balanced to the optimal frequency. The sound bath includes: singing bowls and other instruments & vocal humming.

What is the experience:

· Breath work & light movement to release physical tension

· Guided Meditation (yoga nidra) to release mental tension

· Sound integration with Singing Bowls & multi-instruments

Cautions & Contradictions: If you have one or more of these, please approach the practitioner before the session so that she will be able to assist you before the session.

- Fitted with pacemaker (please position yourself far away from the bowls)

- Suffer with Menier’s disease (not recommended at this moment)

- Suffer from mental health issues (certain emotions may be triggered and thus inform the practitioner beforehand if you already know that you are suffering from certain mental health conditions)

- Sound sensitive individuals (the sounds may be disturbing for you).

- 1st 3months of pregnancy (highly possible that you have a greater sensitivity to sounds and thus it may be unpleasant for you during this period).

Who is the facilitator:
Haruka is a dedicated body talk/ reiki/sound/yoga/meditation/soul mandala artist for over 10 years. She has always been looking for the way to see the world as is and this deep longing has led her to explore various methods to know Self.

More than 10 years, she has been taking her spiritual journey at ashrams and temples in India, France, Thailand and Japan. 9 years of teaching experiences in France and Singapore in both private and group settings.

Certified yoga and meditation teacher (500/ 1700 hrs)/ yoga therapist/ reiki master/ singing bowl sound therapist/ language of Light/ BodyTalk practitioner.

What to bring:

· Something to cover yourself, body temperature drops when the body is relaxed

· Wear something comfortable for lying down and gentle movements

· A bottle of plain water

· Writing materials for simple writing

Terms & Condition

-Please arrive 10 min early to settle in. We will begin on-time and door will be locked 15mins after the official starting time. Latecomers will not be admitted as it would disrupt the experience for all. Do feel free to bring your own cover materials such as a scarf to keep yourself comfortable.

-This event is not reschedulable or refundable, however, you may transfer the ticket to others.
