Chakra Balance Workshop
This workshop helps you connect with your energy centres, cleanse and balance them, and provides practical techniques to support your spiritual energy journey, whether you're just beginning or continuing your practice.
Description
This workshop will equip you with skills to cleanse and balance your energy centres for optimum mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. I have worked with the chakra energy centres for many years in my practice as a Reiki practitioner and complementary therapist and have found that when they are out of balance, it can affect any and all areas of your wellbeing. Whether you are a therapist or not, this workshop is for anyone interested in exploring the innate power of the chakras.
The workshop is held at a Plymouth city centre location and is designed to give you the confidence and ability to develop these skills.

- Practising holistic therapists who wish to learn about practical energy centre techniques for a therapeutic setting.
