We will start the day off with setting an intention for the New year,
As you dive into creating a Chakra (Chakras are the 7 energy centers of the body) Crystal Moon Window hanging
(Or hang it anywhere you want) Made from reclaimed grape vines and embellished with hanging Chakra colored crystals!
You will be guided through a chakra balancing mindful meditation. Learn about each color and stone associated with each chakra and how to balance and activate the Chakras for Mind, Body, Spirit Harmony in every area of your life. What a great way to start the year and stay focused on achieving your goals!
Each Moon will be infused with Reiki Energy that will bring positive vibes wherever you choose to place it.
Also: Lunch and Snacks, Drinks will be provided with Chakra Color coordinated foods. :)
