Shakti Yoga owner + 200 ECYT Ruby Z. has created a yoga experience that combines vinyasa yoga, kundalini yoga and yin yoga to awaken the dormant energy in your chakra system.Ruby will explain what chakras are, how they affect your well being and where in your body the chakra areas are. Ruby will guide you through a series of breath exercises, yoga poses, dynamic stretches and chants. Please come hydrated and bring a yoga mat. Everything else will be provided. Free for members, $20 drop in for non members.
