About this Event
Join an intimate group of women as we explore the chakra system and reflect on aspects of our life to embrace our full potential. Release blockages and restore balance to each of the 7 Chakras, with practices and techniques that you can implement into your life to help find harmony and inner bliss. These practices are designed to improve overall wellbeing, reduce stress and anxiety, and guide you on a path to connect with your own intuition and inner knowing. The course group is limited to just 8 individuals, so we can connect deeper on this journey together, allowing more time for each person to share and receive during class.
This program is designed for all levels and all ages - simply come as you are.
This program includes:
- 7x weekly in-person classes (limited to 8 women)
- 2x 60min Private Sound Healing Sessions
- Printed booklet guiding you through each week with useful information and practices
- Weekly emails with updates and resources
- A community of likeminded individuals ready for authentic connection
Our next course classes run from Saturday 19th October - 30th November.
Class Time: Saturday 10:00-11:30am, with time after for connection and refreshments.
The course is guided by Courtney from Heart Resonance, who offers a heart-centred approach to wellness focused on creating deep relaxation within and realignment with our higher selves.
