Join an intimate group of women as we explore the chakra system and reflect on aspects of our life to embrace our full potential. Release blockages and restore balance to each of the 7 Chakras with practices and techniques that you can implement into your life to help find harmony and inner bliss. These practices are designed to improve overall wellbeing reduce stress and anxiety and guide you on a path to connect with your own intuition and inner knowing. The course group is limited to just 10 individuals so we can connect deeper on this journey together allowing more time for each person to share and receive during class.
This program is designed for all levels and all ages - simply come as you are.

About the Private Sessions:
As a part of this program you will receive two private sound healing sessions with Courtney from Heart Resonance. At your 1st private session Courtney will perform a personal energy assessment and discuss areas within the body that have any stuck/stagnant or excess energy that may need addressing as well as touching base with where you are at and any goals you may have. This helps to tailor the program to your own personal needs and give you a starting point for the program. It is encouraged to book in your 1st session prior to the start of class 1. Your 2nd session will act as a follow up and re-assessment as well as setting goals moving forward after the completion of the program. Private sessions must be used within 3 months of last class. Private Session bookings are available on Saturdays and Mondays at Earth Mothers Mudgeeraba.
About the Weekly Classes:
This program includes 7 group classes facilitated by Courtney from Heart Resonance. In each weekly class we will focus on one chakra within the system as we explore its quality and learn practices to help restore balance within this energy centre. These will include meditation breathing movement and sound healing practices. We will finish each class with a deeply restorative sound bath focused on restoring balance within the chakra. After the class there will be tea and snacks on offer as an opportunity to connect with your class share your experience or ask questions and build community. The weekly classes are hosted on Saturday from 10:30-11:30am at Earth Mothers Mudgeeraba.
