Every week, we are going to explore each chakra individually. You are going to learn the importance of each chakra and it's connection to your health and well being. Each time, Marketa will lead you through a meditation of the individual chakra, where you will be able to connect and experience how aligned chakras feel.
Marketa will provide recordings of the meditations that you will use at home to deepen your energetic connection with yourself.
