In this meditation, we will first comprehend what the chakra system is and how it functions.
then, while seated, we will hold hand positions or mudras and chant the seed sounds for each chakra. an intention and an affirmation will be made for each. cleansing and clearing as well as alignment will take place. you will then lie down and allow the sounds of the gongs and other instruments to complete the alignment and healing process for you.
